Delightful Chocolate Flinty

250 grams Milk chocolate

250 grams fruit and nut chocolate

2oz Unsalted butter

A good handful of torn up marshmallows

110g digestive biscuits broken up

 A good handful of de-shelled Pistachio nuts

 

 

Method


Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water.  Meanwhile, line a non-stick 18 inch round cake tin with grease proof paper. Stir the rest of the ingredients into the chocolate mixture and pour into the cake tin. Press down gently, until mixture is even. Leave to chill for at least four hours. Remove from cake tin and slice when ready to serve
